Valencia Lullaby Lyrics. An original lullaby inspired by Valencia, Spain’s Mediterranean region famous as the birthplace of paella and its own Valencian language. Valencia’s famous rice comes from the Albufera, a vast coastal lagoon just south of the city, and each March the region bursts into flame and fireworks for Las Fallas, a UNESCO-recognized festival where towering sculptures are built all year only to be burned in a single night.
