Lipka Tatar Lullaby Lyrics. An original lullaby inspired by the Lipka Tatars, a Muslim community that settled in Belarus over 600 years ago, known for horse breeding and historic mosques. Lipka Tatars originally settled in the region as skilled cavalry serving the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, valued for centuries for their horsemanship, and though a Muslim minority in a mostly Christian region, several of their wooden mosques have survived for generations, quietly blending local building traditions with Islamic design. Here you will find the lyrics, meaning, and chords.
