Pacific Islands Lullaby
A gentle lullaby inspired by the shared island heritage of the wider Pacific — from Vanuatu to the Solomon Islands, the Cook Islands to Micronesia — where lagoons, outrigger canoes and swaying palms shape everyday life. The Pacific Ocean covers roughly a third of the entire planet’s surface, and long before modern navigation tools existed, Pacific Islanders crossed its vast distances using traditional wayfinding, reading stars, ocean currents, and wave patterns to guide double-hulled canoes on some of the longest sea voyages in human history, a skill still taught and practiced today.
